Your API token in three minutes.

Everything RadarAddress does — the address that completes itself while the customer types, the checking of orders, the verification of email addresses — goes through a token from your account. Creating one is free, no credit card is needed and there is no timed trial that runs out.

Four steps

Create the account

First name, surname, email and a password: the form is here. The email has to be yours and working, because that is where the account is activated from.

Confirm your email

A message arrives with a link that is valid for 48 hours. Opening it takes you into your account and lands you straight on the tokens page: you do not have to go looking for it.

Create the token

Give the token a name — "shop", "CRM" — and press "Create token". Copy it straight away: for safety we show it only once.

Paste it where you need it

In the settings of the plugin, where a "Verify" button tells you right away whether everything is in order, or in the Authorization: Bearer header if you call the API from your own system.

What the free account includes

Every month, without buying anything and without leaving a card:

50·contact operations: the address verified and corrected, with the name and the tax code from the same row
100·deduplication operations: duplicate records found and grouped together
500·light checks: email, phone, website, name, tax code

They renew on the first of every month. They count everywhere: in your account area, in the plugins and in the API. When you need more there are packs and subscriptions, and the operations in a pack do not expire.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card?

No. You create the account with your first name, surname, email and a password, and it stays free: payment details are only entered the day you decide to buy a pack.

How long does the token last?

Until you revoke it. When you create it you can give it an expiry, if you prefer; from your account area you can see when it was last used and how many requests it has served.

Can I use the same token on more than one site?

You can, but one token per site or system works better: if one day you retire one of them, you revoke that token on its own, without stopping the others.

What happens when the included operations run out?

Calls answer with an error that says how many are missing, and the plugin goes back to behaving as if it were not there. No surprise charges: you pay first, never by usage.

Is the token safe inside a plugin?

Yes: it stays on your server, encrypted, and never goes through the browser of the people visiting your site. The address suggestion travels through a small proxy on your own domain, which adds the token and forwards the call.

I already have an account: where do I find the token?

In your account area, under "API tokens". You can create a new one at any time: the old ones keep working until you revoke them.
