Three services, three tables
One credit is one operation, and the price is the same from the website, from a file or through the API. Each row is a size, that is a number of operations: the pack column is the single payment, the subscription column the monthly fee for the same size. Under each price, what every operation costs.
Every month 50 contact verifications, 100 records in deduplication and 500 light operations are free.

Contact verification
Address, name and tax code of the same row in a single operation. The enriched name and the tax code check are included: they don't use light operations. The same goes for address autocomplete in forms: suggestions while typing are free, the address picked is one contact verification.

Deduplication
Every record compared with all the others in the list. It includes everything: the contact verification of each record and the light operations on its contact details, without using the other counters; the corrections come back in the changes file.

Light operations
Email, phone, website, enrichment and tax code taken on their own: one counter for all. Within a contact verification, enrichment and tax code are already included; within a deduplication, everything.

Prices net of taxes: the tax conditions are at the bottom of the page. Packs and subscriptions are bought by card from your account area; the invoice arrives by email.
The order in which credits are used
For every service the credits come from three sources. Each operation uses the first one first, and moves to the next when the previous one is exhausted.
1. The free ones of the month
Every account has 50 contact verifications, 100 records in deduplication and 500 light operations every month, without buying anything. They reset on the first of the month.
2. The subscription
The credits of the chosen size, renewed every month; unused ones reset at renewal. The size goes up at any time by paying the difference and goes down from the next renewal. Cancellation is free.
3. Packs
The credits bought with a single payment, as many packs as you like. They stay until you use them, at the price you paid, even if the price list changes. They are used from the oldest pack.
An example
A database of 47,000 contacts to fix once: the 50,000 contact verification pack costs €200 and the 3,000 verifications left over stay for the next campaign. If instead you verify 20,000 every month, the 25,000 subscription costs €80 a month, that is €0.0032 per verification.
You decide how much to spend
The service is prepaid: you use the credits you bought and nothing else.
No charge after use
There is no pay-as-you-go rate and no debt is ever generated. A job starts only if the credits are enough to do all of it: at confirmation you see how many are needed and how many you have in total.
Auto top-up, if you want it
For every service you can set a pack to be bought automatically when the credits are not enough for a job, with a monthly spending cap per service and an overall one. It is optional and switches off whenever you want.
A warning before they run out
When a counter drops below the threshold you chose you receive an email, so the next purchase is decided calmly and not with a job stopped.
Interrupted jobs, credits returned
If a job is cancelled or does not finish because of a problem, the credits of the unprocessed rows are refunded.
Every month, free of charge
Registration is free and needs no card. Every month the first 50 contact verifications, 100 records in deduplication and 500 light operations, Italian tax code included, are not charged, from the API too. The public Italian tax code tool is free even without an account, up to 50 calculations a day and 100 a month.
Recurring questions before buying
Pack or subscription?
If you process every month, the subscription: the allowance arrives on its own every month and the size changes whenever you want. If you process now and then, or have one big job, the pack: no fee, no expiry. They can be held together: the subscription is used first, then the packs, from the oldest.
Do the credits of a pack expire?
No. They stay until you use them, at the price you paid, even if the price list changes. It is the subscription credits that reset: they are valid for the current month and at renewal they start again from the chosen size.
What happens if the credits are not enough for a job?
The job does not start: at confirmation you see how many credits are needed and how many you have in total, and you can buy a pack. With auto top-up active the pack you set is bought automatically, within the spending caps; if the payment fails, the job stays stopped.
Why three counters?
Because the three services have different weights: verifying a whole contact, with address, name and tax code, costs more than checking an email. Light operations all have the same price and live in a single counter.
Does the price change if I use the API instead of the website?
No. An operation uses one credit from the website form, from a file upload and from the API. API keys are generated from your account area and have no separate cost.
How much does address autocomplete in forms use?
Suggestions while the user types are free. When the user picks an address and the fields are filled in, one contact verification is counted: the record returned is the same as a verification, with postcode, city and province corrected. If the user changes the house number and picks again in the same session, nothing more is counted. How to integrate it is in the API documentation.
How does invoicing work?
For every pack or fee we issue an electronic invoice through the Italian Exchange System (SDI), with a courtesy PDF copy in your account area. Billing details are entered once and cover three cases: company with VAT number, organisation or association without VAT number, natural person.
Do prices include VAT?
The prices shown do not include taxes. RadarWave, which issues the invoices, operates under the Italian flat-rate regime: at present invoices therefore carry no VAT, with the reference to the rule. Should the regime change, tax would be applied according to the rules in force.
Is a contract or a minimum commitment needed?
No. The pack is a single payment with no strings; the subscription is monthly and can be cancelled whenever you want. There are no contractual minimums or activation costs. The full conditions are in the Terms and conditions.
What happens to the data I upload?
It stays with whoever uploads it: for the data in the records the customer is the controller and we act as processor under Article 28 of the GDPR, only to carry out the processing requested. Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically thirty days after upload. The details are in the privacy policy.
